As the leaves snuggle into the ground

And the Moles make their Winter

Home under the trees

Seeds take a long drink

To rest and prepare for the Spring sun

And you will get ready for Heaven

All is transition and Love is Forever

We will always remember

You and You will change

And remember us

Flowers will grow

Trees will add new leaves

Birds and Chipmunks will laugh

The clouds will embrace us
